A Veteran Duo (Japanese: ベテランコンビ Veteran Combination) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that debuted in Generation VII. A Veteran Duo can be challenged in a Double Battle and consists of one male and one female Veteran.
In Generation VII, like their Single Battle counterparts, members of a Veteran Duo keep their Pokémon in Ultra Balls.
