Octazooka (Japanese: オクタンほう Okutank Cannon) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation II. Prior to Generation VIII, it was the signature move of Octillery.
Effect
Octazooka inflicts damage and has a 50% chance to lower the target's accuracy by one stage. Pokémon with the Bulletproof Ability are immune to Octazooka.
Octazooka can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 2 bonus appeal points if Lock-On or Rain Dance was used in the previous turn.
Generation VIII
Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Octazooka inflicts damage and causes the target to be less likely to hit the user.
|
Generation IX
Octazooka is programmed into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but cannot be selected in a battle as no available Pokémon can learn it, even when using Metronome.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
Octazooka deals damage. Prior to Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, Octazooka may lower the enemy's accuracy by one stage. From Super Mystery Dungeon onwards, Octazooka instead may instead inflict the Blinker status condition. This causes the affected Pokémon to not be able to see other Pokémon, items or dungeon walls, and will treat allies as enemies.
