The Power Herb (Japanese: パワフルハーブ Powerful Herb) is a type of held item introduced in Generation IV. It allows the holder to execute a move with a charging turn in one turn.

Effect
If the holder uses a move that has a charging turn (except Sky Drop), immediately after charging the move the user consumes the Power Herb and executes the final stage of the move. Because the charging stage is still performed, the Defense boost from Skull Bash and the Special Attack boost from Meteor Beam and Electro Shot are still applied.
If a Pokémon uses Solar Beam or Solar Blade during harsh sunlight or Electro Shot during rain, it will not consume its held Power Herb.
