Fresh Water (Japanese: おいしいみず Delicious Water) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation I. It is a drink that restores a Pokémon's HP.
Fresh Water is collected from Mt. Silver, according to the Japanese item description in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal and Pokémon Stadium 2. This is also mentioned in the Korean item description in Pokémon Gold and Silver.
In the core series games

In the Kanto-based games, it can be given to a thirsty girl at the Celadon Department Store in exchange for TM13 (Ice Beam)RBY, TM16 (Light Screen)FRLG, or TM06 (Light Screen)PE.

As he was unable to drink the whole bottle, he poured the remaining water onto what he thought was a tree, but soon turned out to be a wild Sudowoodo, causing her to attack him and requiring Emerald to calm her down.

The Fresh Water Set was introduced as a Trainer card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English XY Series (the Japanese XY Era). It was first released in the Tidal Storm before debuting in English in the Primal Clash expansion, with an illustration by Toyste Beach. It was also released as a Full Art card in both expansions, with an illustration by Megumi Mizutani. Fresh Water Set heals 20 damage from each of the player's Pokémon.
Trivia
