===Physiology===
Gothorita is a black, humanoid {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} with slim arms and legs. There are two round black buns on each side of its head, with a smaller drop-shaped piece hanging from each. Adorning its hair are two pairs of white bows on each bun. It has a pale purple face with cyan eyes and red lips. It has two white bows on its body, which flares at the bottom to form a skirt shape.
Gothorita has a black "hair style" featuring two large ball like "buns," one on each side, with smaller tear drop shaped pieces hanging from each. Adorning its hair on either side are four white ribbon bows, two on each bun, one at the segments attached to the head and the other on the outside. It has a pale, purple face with cyan irises and red lips, possibly "lipstick," as well as two slender, handless arms. It has two white ribbon bows on its skirt with squat legs beneath.

====Gender differences====
Gothorita uses starlight as the source of its power, and is able to use its psychic powers to arrange rocks into the shapes of constellations. It can also use these powers to control people and Pokémon with hypnosis, leading people astray and putting children to sleep before kidnapping them. Because of this, Gothorita is known as the Witch of Punishment. Some people believe Gothorita is from [[Extraterrestrial Pokémon|outer space]], although this connection is yet to be confirmed.
None.

===Origin===
===Origin===
Gothorita is based on a young girl dressed in the {{wp|gothic lolita}} fashion. Considering its connection to stars, it slightly resembles the constellation of {{wp|Scorpio (constellation)|Scorpio}}.
Gothorita is based on a young girl dressed in {{wp|Lolita fashion#Gothic Lolita|Gothic lolita}} fashion and the common trope to associate goth girls with magical powers or {{wp|witch}}es. The Gothic lolita fashion itself is highly influenced by the {{wp|Victorian clothing|fashion from the Victorian period of the United Kingdom}} and also by styles from the {{wp|Rococo}} period, the Rococo being an artistic movement born in the 18th century in France, that later spreaded to other parts of {{wp|Europe}} and the colonial {{wp|Americas}}.
Considering its connection to stars, Gothorita's body shape also slightly resembles the common depiction of the {{wp|astrological sign}} {{wp|Libra (astrology)|Libra}}, or as a feminine Pokémon it may also represent {{wp|Virgo (astrology)|Virgo}}, like it does in [[Horoscope]] in Unova.

====Name origin====

Gothorita may be a combination of "goth" and "señorita", the Spanish word for "miss". Gochimiru may be a combination of the English word "gothic" and 見る ''miru'' (to observe), or perhaps 見る目 ''mirume'' (discerning eye).
Gothorita may be a combination of ''goth'' and ''señorita'' (Spanish for the title of ''miss'') or a corruption of ''gothic lolita''.

Gothorita (Japanese: ゴチミル Gothimiru) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V.

It evolves from Gothita starting at level 32 and evolves into Gothitelle starting at level 41.

Biology

Gothorita is a black, humanoid Pokémon with slim arms and legs.

Some people believe Gothorita is from outer space, although this connection is yet to be confirmed.

Evolution

Gothorita evolves from Gothita and evolves into Gothitelle.

Trivia

Origin

Gothorita is based on a young girl dressed in Gothic lolita fashion and the common trope to associate goth girls with magical powers or witches. The Gothic lolita fashion itself is highly influenced by the fashion from the Victorian period of the United Kingdom and also by styles from the Rococo period, the Rococo being an artistic movement born in the 18th century in France, that later spreaded to other parts of Europe and the colonial Americas. Considering its connection to stars, Gothorita's body shape also slightly resembles the common depiction of the astrological sign Libra, or as a feminine Pokémon it may also represent Virgo, like it does in Horoscope in Unova.

Name origin

Gothorita may be a combination of goth and señorita (Spanish for the title of miss) or a corruption of gothic lolita.

Gothimiru may be a combination of gothic and 見る miru (to see).
