In Pokémon UNITE, Horn Leech is {{p|Trevenant}}'s first move. It is obtained by reaching level 7 and upgrading {{m|Branch Poke}} into it instead of {{m|Pain Split}}. The user charges forward becoming unstoppable, dealing damage to enemies and stunning them while dashing in the designated duration. At the end of the charge, enemies that were shoved are dealt additional damage and then thrown. Colliding with an enemy while charging recovers the user's HP 3 times, and the lower the user's remaining HP the more HP that is recovered. After this move hits an enemy, the user's next three basic attacks deal more damage and reduce this move's cooldown by .5s (for each enemy hit) when they hit. At level 13, after using this move, the user's movement speed is increased for a short time. | |||

Horn Leech (Japanese: ウッドホーン Wood Horn) is a damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation V. Prior to Generation VI, it was the signature move of Sawsbuck.
Effect
Generation V
Horn Leech inflicts damage, and up to 50% of the damage dealt to the target is restored to the user as HP. If this attack deals 1 HP of damage, 1 HP will be restored to the user.
When used on a Pokémon with the Liquid Ooze Ability, the user will lose the amount of HP it would have gained instead.
If the user is holding a Big Root, the HP restored is increased by 30% (making the restored HP 65% of the damage dealt). Big Root does not increase the damage dealt.
Generation VI onwards
Horn Leech cannot be used if the user is under the effects of Heal Block.
Generation VIII
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
Horn Leech cannot be selected in a battle.
