Helping Hand (Japanese: てだすけ Help) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Helping Hand is an increased priority move that will raise the base power of the target adjacent ally's move by 50%.
It will fail if used in a Single Battle. It will also fail if the target has already moved this turn.
