Energy Ball (Japanese: エナジーボール Energy Ball) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Energy Ball damages the target and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense.

Pokémon
Breloom, Shaymin, Cradily. The Pokémon charges up a ball of green energy in its mouth, then fires it at the target.
- Used by Kenny's Breloom from Journey to the Unown! to present.

Turtwig. Turtwig's leaves start to glow green, then a ball of green energy appears in front of its mouth, and Turtwig fires it at the target.
