Charge Beam (Japanese: チャージビーム Charge Beam) is an Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV that causes damage and may increase the user's Special Attack stat. It is given by Volkner as TM57 when the player defeats him.
Effect
Charge Beam damages the target and has a 70% chance of raising the user's Special Attack.
