The Sinnoh Underground (Japanese: ちかつうろ Underground Passage) is an area in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl in which fossils, rare stones, and gems can be found with a Minesweeper-like minigame. This is also where secret bases are created in the Generation IV games. The gems can be traded in for objects to furnish the player's base, and the minigame is the sole way to obtain the Skull Fossil or Armor Fossil, depending on the version being played.
