The Fuego Ironworks (Japanese: タタラせいてつじょ Tatara Ironworks) is a location in Sinnoh. Its motto is "Home to Molten Foundries." The building is owned by Mr. Fuego, a man who will give away a free Template:Evosto to players who reach him in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. In Pokémon Platinum, however, Mr. Fuego will offer the player one of each of the colored shards for one star piece at a time. The interior of the building features the spin pads that are notoriously used in Team Rocket bases in Kanto and the Sevii Islands.
It is located just north of Floaroma Town, while having the Eterna Forest at its back. It can be reached by surfing west on the stream on Route 205, then north past Floaroma Town.
The Fuego Ironworks refines iron ore mined from Mt. Coronet to make iron and to manufacture mechanical parts.

In the anime
Fuego Ironworks appeared in Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!. Ash and friends entered to rescue Looker and Team Rocket from the clutches of Team Galactic. The Ironworks is also the location where Jupiter and Charon constructed the Red Chain.
Unlike in the games, the Ironworks in the anime are abandoned and shut down. They have been infiltrated by Team Galactic and reactivated secretly to experiment on the Red Chain.
