Duosion (Japanese: ダブラン Doublan) is a Template:Type2 Pokémon.
It evolves from Solosis starting at level 32 and evolves into Reuniclus starting at level 41.
Biology
Physiology
Duosion's inner body is pale green, with a large head, black eyes, two stubby limbs and a small, rhomboid mouth, above which is a vertical cleft, a part which may divide its twin brains. A small circular piece of matter floats above the inner body's head. Its outer body is green and gelatinous, and is cased in a transparent membrane. This membrane is ovular, with the exception of two prominences on its lower half and a third atop its head.
Gender differences
None.
Special abilities
Its power is greatest when its two minds are thinking alike.
Behavior
It sometimes has odd changes in movement due to its two brains thinking differently.

Trivia
- Duosion's Special Attack base stat does not change upon evolving into Reuniclus.
- Duosion has the highest Special Attack of all non-fully evolved Pokémon.
- Duosion and its evolutionary relatives are the only Pokémon able to learn Skill Swap via leveling up.
Origin
Duosion and the rest of its evolutionary line seem to bear reference to cells, with the green substance surrounding their bodies resembling cytoplasm and the objects inside their bodies representing organelles. The line down its head also resembles a cleavage furrow in cell biology. It may also make allusion to the embryonary stages, specifically when the embryo is fully developed to become into a fetus, while the green jelly may represent the amniotic fluid.
Name origin
Duosion likely combines duo, double, and fission, division from division, or fusion.
Doublan likely a combination of ダブル daburu, double, and 卵 ran, spawn.
