Bulbagarden

For April Fools' Day, Bulbagarden became Duckgarden, celebrating all the different duck Pokémon and in particular the upcoming Quaxly from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Bulbapedia's Main Page was changed to Duckpedia, and a new Pokémon called Duck was revealed.

Bulbagarden's YouTube channel released a number of duck themed videos, including a Duckgarden theme song:

Events

Pokémon GO

Ditto began appearing everywhere in Pokémon GO during the 2-Oh?-22 event. Ekans, Gastly, Natu, Surskit, Finneon, Dwebble, and Swirlix also began appearing more frequently in the wild, although they were frequently Ditto in disguise.[1]

Pokémon Masters EX

The Trainers in Paiso's Pokémon Center in Pokémon Masters EX were duplicated by Ditto. Users who logged in during April Fool's Day recieved a 1000 Gem present and were able to find the imposter Trainers together with Looker.
