Alec (Japanese: アキオ Akio) is the protagonist of Pokémon: Hisuian Snow.
History
Past
As shown in Onto the Icy Blue, Alec was a very energetic and playful young man. One day, while walking with his father, Alec hears the legend of a Zoroark who lived in the forest and was vexed by humans. Not long after that, Alec decided to take a little walk through the woods where he finds a Shiny Zorua. When approaching this Pokémon, the two end up falling out and, during the fight, they go downhill.
In Fiery Reflections in Snow, Alec had lost consciousness in the fall and soon wakes up to see Zorua staring down at him. The two help each other out, Alec pushing Zorua up and free and Zorua healing Alec's injured leg with a leek. After the duo managed to escape, Alec eventually finds his father again. Afterwards, a pack of Zorua and Zoroark appear in front of them to retrieve the Shiny Zorua. After the pack leaves, Alec and his father leave as Alec is saddened for losing his new friend.
Present Days
Years have passed, and an adult Alec is traveling to Jubilife Village to meet with his father. During the trip, he is informed that the village has been attacked by a mysterious Pokémon.
Character
Alec was a boy who lives in Jubilife Village with his father. Despite being quite energetic, Alec has a deep respect for his father. Once a year, they go down to the forest to fetch firewood, which makes them interact little with the population of Hisui.
As a child, Alec had a mask based on a Hisuian Zoroark.

This Shiny Zorua was a Pokémon that Alec found in a forest. Initially the two had a falling out, but that changes when Alec puts his own safety at risk to protect Zorua. However, being from two different worlds, they were forced to separate.
Years later, Alec and the Zorua, now a Zoroark, had a brief meeting where Zoroark protects Alec and the Galaxy Team from an Alpha Garchomp.
None of Zorua's moves are known and its Ability is Illusion.
