Joe (Japanese: ジョー Joe) is a character in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Gateway Colosseum and the Pokétopia Junior Master. He uses Normal types most frequently. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Master Junior (Japanese: マスタージュニア Master Junior).

Joe is the final foe of the first and fifth sets of the Stargazer Colosseum Masters Battle. He is shown to be extremely fond of the move Protect.
