Major events
- Clemont's team work together to free the captured Pokémon, but are attacked by Delphox.
- Chalmers's attempts to call for backup, only to find the Gym Leaders have already defeated the other members of Team Flare.
- Tierno, Shauna, and Trevor defeat the four Team Flare Scientists.
- Trevor's group goes to help the others, only to find Xerxer and Yveltal returning to their dormant forms.
- Xerxer reveals that with it and Yveltal gone, Zygarde would have no reason to remain there.
- X's team continues attacking Zygarde, which begins splitting into pieces.
- After a combined attack, Zygarde is fully separated after Xerxer and Yveltal fully revert.
- With nothing to stand on, Lysandre falls to the rubble below.
- Malva attempts to save Lysandre, but both end up falling onto the ground and are defeated.
- With Team Flare defeated, X and his friends head back to Lumiose City and say farewell to their allies.
- Despite their hard work, the townspeople treat X and his friends as if they were dirty street urchins. AZ then approaches the group and asks how they plan on living in Kalos with the knowledge they had just learned.
