The original save file is now gone due to Silver's battery problem, so he's now stuck there. Unevolved Tentacool Emerald Coincidentally, the only other shiny I've found in the wild was also a Tentacool. Encountered him very early in the game, didn't even have access to Ultra balls, but managed to make the catch Either on Emerald or FireRed. Unevolved Mewtwo FireRed Me and my brother took it in turns SRing for it. Opinions

Legit Pokemon

After seeing the power of Pokésav, I now only consider Pokémon I have obtained myself through legal means, (in game or from a event) to be fully legit. Partly because of my lack of trust about whats being traded to me, but also because now Nintendo have decided to roll out the wifi events, I'm finally able to actually get event Pokémon myself. And that's a lot more satisfying than trading for someone else's cloned Mew.

Despite my stance on what I consider to be legit, I don't actually have a problem with hacking per say, as long as its kept in game. I've had a lot of fun messing around with my AR in the past. Personally, I'd never go beyond using it for little gimmicks, (like creating shiny F, L, A, M, E and R Unowns), but its no concern of mine what you get up to. However, I do have a problem with a)people who trade hacks or clones without identifying them as such and b)people who use hacks in competitive battling, or wi-fi battle tower/subway. The latter of which really annoys me off.
