Citadark Isle (Japanese: ニケルダーク島 Nickeldark Island) is the headquarters of Cipher in Pokémon XD. It can only be reached by riding the Robo Kyogre from Gateon Port. A large number of Shadow Pokémon- almost half of them- are found on Citadark Isle.

Lovrina, Snattle, and Gorigan all retreat to the island after being defeated, where they will re-battle Michael in an attempt to win.

As Greevil is based here, Michael has to battle Ardos and Eldes. After defeating all of Cipher's admins, the player will battle XD001, the Shadow Lugia that is supposedly impossible to purify.

Once XD001 has been captured or defeated, Greevil will proceed to battle the player, using a team of only Shadow Pokémon. After Greevil is defeated, Ardos will come in and tell Greevil to blow up Citadark Isle. However, Eldes will also come in and convince Greevil that doing this would be immoral. Greevil realizes that everything they've done was a mistake, and he and Eldes turn themselves in to the police.

Citadark Isle itself is a volcanic island surrounded by strong currents (artificially created). It has a massive dome in the crater of the volcano, where Michael battles Eldes and Greevil. There is also a labyrinth of lava rooms and trainers that Michael must face in order to clear access to the direct elevator, which Snattle rides up in.
