'Verity (Japanese: マコト Makoto) is a character in the twentieth Pokémon movie. She is a vibrant and tomboyish Pokémon Trainer who seems to enjoy adventures.

During the movie, she traveled along with Ash and Souji to Mount Tensei, where Ho-Oh lives.
