(Japanese: ダイ Dai) is a Pokémon Trainer who appeared in The Rise of Darkrai. Since he was not given a name in the dub, this article will refer to him as Dai. He is voiced by Bill Rogers in English and 秋山竜次 Ryūji Akiyama in Japanese.

He, along with Katsumi and Maki, challenge Ash Ketchum and co. to a battle.
