Trivia
Origin
Given their signature hammer (a mallet-like weapon) and their inclination to antagonize Pawniards and Bisharps (“Dark Knights” of sorts) in groups— Tinkatuff may draw inspiration from the comic book antihero Harley Quinn who is notorious for these similar traits.
- Tinkatuff evolving into Tinkaton at level 38 may be a reference to 1938, the year Superman debuted. This trait is shared with Finizen and Palafin, which are seemingly also based on comic book characters.
Name origin
Tinkatuff may be derived from tinker and tuff, a satiric misspelling of tough.
