Towa (Japanese: トワ Towa) is a character from Pokémon 4Ever. Her Japanese voice actress is 小山茉美 Mami Koyama and her English voice actress is Veronica Taylor.
Shortly before Sammy Oak went into the forest and, via Celebi, got sent into the future, she gave him a loaf of bread. She was worried that he would get hungry while in the forest, and didn't want him to starve.
