Super Smash Bros. Brawl

In other generations
Trivia
- The only Water-type starter Pokémon that cannot use Water Gun is Piplup.
- As of Generation III, Lotad's family are the only Pokémon able to learn Water Gun through breeding.
- The glitch Pokémon Missingno. is able to learn two copies of this move at the same time.
- Water Gun has been depicted as an equal in the anime as Flamethrower, despite the fact that Water Gun is much weaker in the games.
