Navel Rock (Japanese: へそのいわ Navel Rock) is an island between Floe and Chrono Islands in the Sevii Islands, accessible in Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. It can only be accessed after downloading the MysticTicket through Mystery Gift and sailing there by talking to the sailor in front of the Seagallop Ferries in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, or by boarding the S.S. Tidal in Pokémon Emerald.
Unlike the other Sevii Islands, but like Birth Island, Navel Rock does not appear on the Town MapFRLG or PokéNav's mapE by default.
Lugia is located on the lowest floor while Ho-Oh is located on the highest. When the player reaches the top of the rock, Ho-Oh will not initially be there; it flies down onto the rock almost immediately upon the player's arrival.

Trivia
- The island shares similarities with Navel Island in the Orange Islands since not only do they both have the word "navel" in their names but they are also home to an extremely tall mountain. Despite this, Navel Rock does not appear to have a mountain when viewed from outside, in a similar fashion to Hoenn's Mt. Pyre.
- The background music played outside is ナナシマ Sevii Islands while the one played inside is オツキミ山のどうくつ Mt. Moon Cave. When battling Ho-Oh and Lugia, the theme played is 戦い(VS伝説のポケモン)Battle (VS Legendary Pokémon). This applies to both Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and Pokémon Emerald. These are three of the six tracks shared between these games, with the others being:
- ファンファーレ ポケモンゲット Fanfare: Get Pokémon, used when catching Pokémon in these three games;
- デオキシス登場 Deoxys Appears, played when encountering Deoxys in Birth Island;
- 戦い(VSデオキシス)Battle (VS Deoxys), shared for the battle with Deoxys in Birth Island.
- Despite this, all tracks from FireRed and LeafGreen are present in Emerald's code, though only the above tracks are used.
- In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, the cave is silver, while in Pokémon Emerald, the cave is gold. This is a reference to Pokémon Gold and Silver, the games Ho-Oh and Lugia are respectively the mascots of.
