(Japanese: ドーガ Dohga) is one of the antagonists of the third XY series movie, Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. He is one of Alva's subordinates.

History

Dohga, along with fellow subordinate Ether, first appears in an airship carrying a special delivery. The airship is being pursued by Volcanion which Dohga deals with by sending out Alakazam and Glalie. He then uses a jeweled bracelet to activate a power he calls "Mega Wave", forcibly transforming his Pokémon into their Mega Evolved forms. Dohga manages to fit an electronic band around one of Volcanion's legs and eventually launches it off the ship. Dohga and Ether later present the delivery to their boss, Alva, which turns out to contain Magearna.

The next day, Alva along with Dohga and Ether invade the Nebel Plateau in order to recapture Magearna that had been taken by Ash, his friends, and Volcanion. Dohga and Ether come down from the airship with a large army of Pokémon. They threaten Magearna that they will torture the humans and Pokémon, including Ash and Volcanion, until it submits and goes with them. Unable to watch its friends get tortured, Magearna surrenders and is taken to Alva. As Alva betrays the disillusioned Rali by removing Magearna's Soul-Heart, Dohga holds Rali and forces him to watch.

Back at the Azoth Kingdom, Dohga and Ether face Ash and the group once more who have come to retrieve Magearna. The two subordinates use their entire Mega Wave army head-on against them. The battle continues until Alva's staff containing the Mega Wave jewel is broken by Ash, causing Dohga and Ether's bracelets to break as well. This releases their entire army from their control.

In the credits, Dohga and Ether are shown to be imprisoned after these events.
