After Kieran has been defeated here, the player has the opportunity to battle Ogerpon in four consecutive battles, where they must catch it upon being defeated for the fourth and final time. If the player has completed, The Way Home, Ogerpon will be at a significantly higher level, having a different moveset. She is coded to never be Shiny.
