Milcery (Japanese: マホミル Mahomil) is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.
It evolves into Alcremie while holding a Sweet when its Trainer spins and strikes a pose. The form it evolves into depends on the time of day, the length of the spin, and whether the Trainer was spinning clockwise or counterclockwise. Its appearance is further determined by the type of Sweet that is held.
Milcery evolves into:
- Vanilla Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for less than 5 seconds during the day.
- Ruby Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for less than 5 seconds during the day.
- Matcha Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for less than 5 seconds at night.
- Mint Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for more than 5 seconds at night.
- Lemon Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for more than 5 seconds at night.
- Salted Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for less than 5 seconds at night.
- Ruby Swirl Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for more than 5 seconds during the day.
- Caramel Swirl Alcremie after spinning clockwise for more than 5 seconds during the day.
- Rainbow Swirl Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for more than 10 seconds during the evening.
(Refer to Game data→Evolution data for more details.)
Biology
Milcery is a small cream-colored Pokémon that resembles a splash of milk. It has a droplet-shaped body composed of cream, with two arms and a crown of six protrusions. These protrusions are made out of that same cream with droplets constantly jumping from them. It has completely white eyes.
Milcery is born from sweet-smelling particles in the air. When a Milcery absorbs sweet aromas, its body begins to swell. Milcery will start to deflate when its energy level begins to drop. When Milcery is attacked, it will tackle the foe first before covering them in cream. Once the opponent is either blinded or astonished by delicious cream, Milcery will then flee. It is rumored that patisseries visited by Milcery are guaranteed success and good fortune. It is a female-only species.
