In Japan, it was released as Lost Abyss on July 15, 2022 and is the eleventh expansion of the Pokémon Card Game Sword & Shield Era. Lost Origin consists of cards sourced from the Japanese Lost Abyss expansion, the Dark Phantasma subset, the VSTAR & VMAX High-Class Decks, cards from the Time Gazer, Space Juggler and Battle Region expansions that were not localized in Astral Radiance, and some remaining cards from the VMAX Climax subset.
