Roost (Japanese: はねやすめ Feather Rest) is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. All Pokémon that can learn it (besides Mew) are either the Flying type, or have some form of wings.

Effect

Roost restores half of the user's maximum HP and then causes the user to lose its Template:Type2 until the turn ends. Any other immunities to Template:Type2 moves, such as Levitate, are also lost.
