Liberty Garden (Japanese: リバティガーデン島 Liberty Garden Island) is an island in southwestern Unova. It can only be accessed with the Liberty Pass where the player will be able to encounter Victini in the basement of the lighthouse (Japanese: リバティガーデンとう Liberty Garden Tower).
To reach Liberty Garden, the player must have traveled as far as Castelia City. From there, it is on Liberty Pier, the farthest pier from the southern entrance of the city, where the ferry awaits.
Some members of Team Plasma are already there upon arrival and must be defeated before the Victini can be encountered. If the Victini is defeated, or if the player is defeated or runs away from battle, then the Victini will appear once the player leaves the room and returns again. It will continue to return until it is caught.

Trivia
- It can be assumed that Liberty Garden is based of the Liberty Island where the Statue of Liberty resides in New York, as:
- Both are associated with 'Liberty'
- Each contain their respective lighthouses, which are likely out of use
- They are both located near, essentially, New York
- Both can only be reached by boat
