Strength (Japanese: かいりき Super Strenght) is a Normal-type move that first appeared in the Generation I games. In every Pokémon game released to date, it is teachable via HM04. On the field, it allows the player to move round boulders. Many puzzles in the games require boulders to be moved arould in a certain way with Strength.
