In the Pokémon Adventures manga

A Ninja Boy named Kinji is seen battling Gentleman Robert in the Battle Dome in the Emerald arc. While it is unknown who won, what is known is that Kinji at some point lost a match, eliminating him from the tournament.

A Ninja Boy makes a cameo in the Platinum arc while the main characters visit Veilstone City. He first appears in Magnificent Meditite & Really Riolu I. He was supposed to challenge Maylene but she mixed the Ninja Boy and his friends with the three main characters, due to the main characters possessing an item that made landing attacks easier she had heard the kids talking about. He, together with his friends, is later seen entering the Battle Frontier in VS Porygon-Z.

Pokémon

Here is a listing of Kinji's Pokémon from the Emerald arc:

Spinda

Spinda is Robert's only known Pokémon. It was seen battling Robert's Oddish in the Battle Dome.

Spinda's only known move is Dizzy Punch.

Trivia

  • Hoenn Ninja Boys have Asian name derivations, while Sinnoh Ninja Boys have European names. The same thing happens to Black Belts.
