Throat Chop (Japanese: じごくづき Hell Thrust) is a damage-dealing Dark-type move introduced in Generation VII.
Effect
Throat Chop inflicts damage and prevents the target from using sound-based moves for two turns. Status Z-moves are completely unaffected.
