The Eindoak Harvest Festival is an animated series-exclusive annual event in the Unova region that celebrates the bountiful produce harvested across the community of Eindoak Town. It was featured in White—Victini and Zekrom and Black—Victini and Reshiram.
Eindoak Town's mayor, Mannes, welcomed the competitors to the harvest festival, starting things off with a musical performance.
A Battle Tournament is the biggest event of the harvest festival, and takes place across town. An unlimited number of Trainers may compete, and each are given a wooden amulet to hold onto as they battle. The competitors must challenge whoever they lock eyes with in a one-on-one match with no substitutions. The defeated Trainer must immediately hand over their amulet to a referee. The winning Trainer is the last one standing.
Ash, Iris, and Cilan all decided to enter the tournament. Iris was disqualified in her first match after her Excadrill emerged while she was already using Emolga. Iris's competitors, Tatsuki and his Emboar, were later defeated by Ash's Oshawott. Cilan and his Pansage lost to Carlita's Hydreigon.
Ash defeated all of his next opponents, including Mako and Leeku, and ultimately Carlita. He won the last battle in part thanks to the help of a Victini who, unbeknownst to Ash, boosted Tepig and Scraggy's attack powers.
The winner of the competition was never revealed.
