Teammates (Japanese: センパイとコウハイ Senpai and Kōhai), known as Sr. and Jr. in the Generation III games, are pairs of Pokémon Trainers that debuted in the Generation III games. They are depicted as teams of two girls in school uniforms, one acting as a mentor for the other.

They raise a variety of different Pokémon used in Double Battles, with one Pokémon being a few levels higher than the other.
