Held item conversion in Generation I
In Generation I, most catch rates directly convert to an item index in Generation II. These are special values which the Generation II games use a lookup table to convert to a different item index number.
Values are considered to be "Used" if there is any Pokémon species in the Generation I games that has that catch rate (regardless of whether it can actually be encountered in the wild).
