Carlita (Japanese: カリータ Karita) is a character in White—Victini and Zekrom and Black—Victini and Reshiram. She is Juanita's daughter and Damon's younger sister.
History
Carlita participates in the Harvest Festival battle tournament in Eindoak Town. She helps introduce Ash to Victini after her Hydreigon loses in a battle against Scraggy. Later, she helps in battling against her brother, using Hydreigon to help Iris escape from the Sword of the Vale.

Carlita used her Hydreigon in her battle against Cilan's Pansage in the Harvest Battle Tournament. It managed to defeat him with one powerful DragonBreath. Upon seeing how powerful Ash's Tepig had performed in the Eindoak Town Harvest Festival Tournament, Carlita suspected that Tepig had been unknowingly powered up by Victini and requested a battle against him. Ash agreed, and used Scraggy to battle Carlita's Hydreigon. Although Hydreigon should have easily outmatched Scraggy due to the fact he was relatively young and inexperienced, another power-up by Victini allowed Scraggy to defeat Hydreigon with a single Headbutt. Carlita later used Hydreigon to help her and Iris (who had admired Hydreigon due to it being a Dragon-type) escape the collapsing castle.
In Victini and Zekrom, Hydreigon is Shiny. In Victini and Reshiram, it is normal colored.
Hydreigon's only known move is Dragon Breath.
In the manga
Carlita first appears after Ash has beaten all Trainers except her in the Eindoak Town Harvest Festival Tournament. She asks Ash if he wants to battle her which Ash agrees. Later, she helps out the protagonists in stopping Damon from controlling the Castle of the Vale.

Hydreigon was Carlita's choice in the Eindoak Town Harvest Festival Tournament. It went up against Ash's Scraggy and was proven to be stronger as it was a fully evolved Pokémon. However, Hydreigon was subdued by Scraggy's Headbutt after Scraggy got a power up from Victini.
Hydreigon's only known move is Dragon Pulse.
