Ice Shard (Japanese: こおりのつぶて Ice Throwing Stone) is a damage-dealing Ice move introduced in Generation IV.
Ice Shard (Japanese: こおりのつぶて Ice Pebble) is a damage-dealing Ice move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect
Effect
Ice Shard inflicts damage, and is an increased priority move. If the target does not use an increased priority move during the round that it is used, Ice Shard will go first regardless of the user's or target's speed. If the target also uses a move with an increased priority of +1 during the same round that the user uses Ice Shard, the attack order of the users will be determined normally. If the user is put to sleep or freeze during the round that Ice Shard is (or attempts to be) used, Ice Shard's increased speed priority will not be reset. Subsequently, it will only be reset on the turn after the user wakes up or is defrosted, or if the user switches out.
Ice Shard inflicts damage. It has a priority of +1, so is used before all moves that do not have increased priority.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Ice Shard's PP has been reduced to 20. It also increases the user's action speed.

UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Ice Shard is Mamoswine's first move as Swinub. The user hurls 3 chunks of ice at the designated location, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and decreasing their movement speed for a short time. If an enemy is hit by all three chunks, they're left frozen for a short time. After evolving into Piloswine at level 5, this move is replaced by either Icicle Crash or Ice Fang.

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Ice Shard is Mamoswine's first move as Swinub. The user hurls 3 chunks of ice at the designated location, dealing damage to enemies in the area of effect and decreasing their movement speed for a short time. If an enemy is hit by all three chunks, they're left frozen for a short time. After evolving into Piloswine at level 5, this move is replaced by either Icicle Crash or Ice Fang.
