Glacia (Japanese: プリム Purim) is an Ice-type Trainer and member of the Hoenn Elite Four.
In the core series games
Glacia is the third member of the Hoenn Elite Four to be faced at the Pokémon League. She dislikes the fact that most of the Trainers she has met in Hoenn are not skilled enough to live up to her expectations.[4] Glacia had trained in an unspecified region before journeying to Hoenn to become part of the Elite Four.[5] She has a team consisting of five very powerful Ice-type Pokémon, to which she refers as having "flaming passion in icy cold".[citation needed]

The Elite Four, Steven, and Wallace all control the three Pokémon in three pairs of two and use their power to keep the power released from Groudon and Kyogre's battle from spreading throughout Hoenn. They manage to keep the power contained for several weeks, but the strain is too much for Steven and he eventually dies, causing the three Pokémon to lash out and flee. Glacia later mourns Steven's death before his revival at the hands of Ruby's Celebi.
Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc

When the plan to attack Grand Meteor Delta starts, Glacia and the others have their Pokémon attack the meteoroid at the same time. This, combined with the might of Mega Rayquaza, successfully shatters Grand Meteor Delta into pieces.
