Trivia
- All Pokémon that learn Ice Beam through level up have Water or Ice as one of their types.
- Though the most times it is used in the anime it freezes the opponent, Ice Beam itself has a very low chance freezing the opponent (10%).
- Though most Water-type Pokémon can learn Ice Beam, Rotom Wash form, Seismitoad (and its pre-evolutions), and Keldeo are both unable to learn Ice Beam via TM.
