A Cabbie, referred to as a Taxi Driver (Japanese: タクシーの運転手 Taxi Driver) in this miniseries, is a recurring character. He debuted in Letter, where he took Chairman Rose and Oleana to a hospital as part of a scheduled visit.
In Training, he took Bea to the Wild Area so she could train. By the end of the episode, he returned to deliver Bea her phone, which she accidentally left behind in the taxi.
In Buddy, he was delivering Hop's Wooloo back home after it got lost and was found by Milo, only for it to jump down when it saw Hop down below. As he proceeded to take both Hop and Wooloo home, he tried talking about their bond, only to discover the two of them had fallen asleep.
In Early-Evening Waves, he took Nessa to Rose's office so she could meet with Oleana, and then to Wyndon Stadium.
In Assistant, he took Chairman Rose and Oleana back to their office after a long day of work.
In Moonlight, he took Allister and Tommy to the hospital John was staying at so that Tommy could apologize to him for their earlier quarrel.
