Journey to Your Heart is the opening theme song for the English dub of the twenty-fourth season, Pokémon Master Journeys: The Series. It first aired with To Train, or Not to Train!. The opening animation is composed of clips from the third version of the first Pokémon Journeys: The Series Japanese opening, One, Two, Three, and various Pokémon Journeys: The Series episodes, while the ending animation is composed of clips from the third version of the first Pokémon Journeys: The Series Japanese opening, One, Two, Three and the second version of the first Pokémon Journeys: The Series Japanese ending, Pokémon Shiritori.

The full version of the song was released digitally on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Google Play Music, Pandora, Napster, Deezer, and Tidal on September 7, 2021.

Trivia

• This is the first English theme since Unbeatable to have scenes from the Japanese opening counterpart appear during the credits, as well as the first time the closing credits had animation from both the Japanese opening and ending.

Errors

• The opening credits erroneously credit Shuhei Yasuda as "Series Construction" instead of "Character Design".
• The closed captions originally had the line "Learning, training never stopping" as "Learning, training never stop me". This was fixed beginning in Trials of a Budding Master!.
