Location Sinnoh Route 0 Location of {{{name}}} in Sinnoh. |
Route 228 is a route in Sinnoh that links Route 226 with Route 229. On this route, some of the highest-leveled wild Pokémon in Sinnoh can be found. Like Route 111 in Hoenn, there is a raging sandstorm here that will affect all battles. Route 228 is also home to the move tutor's house, who can teach any starter Pokémon Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn or Frenzy Plant. The route is the only location other than Kanto's Diglett's Cave where wild Diglett or Dugtrio can be found.
In Pokémon Platinum, the Rock Peak Ruins are present here.
