Route 219 is a route in Sinnoh. It is much like Kanto's Route 19 in that it has a small area, and leads directly into the main sea route to a new destination. It is assumed, though, that access to Route 220 will be impossible for the first half of the game, much as it was in the past, until the player receives HM03 and wins the proper badge necessary to use Surf outside of battle.
Route description
Route 219 starts on a beach. To pass beyond this beach, the player needs to get HM03 to Surf across.
