Wood Hammer (Japanese: ウッドハンマー Wood Hammer) is a damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Wood Hammer inflicts damage, and the user receives recoil damage equal to ⅓ of the damage done to the target.

In Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, the recoil damage is instead 20% of the user's max HP.
