Chef's Heartful Delivery (Japanese: 届け料理人の心意気！ Deliver the Chef's Spirit!) was a story event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun and Elesa (Palentine's 2023) & Togetic.

During this event, players could earn two types of tickets from battles that could be redeemed in the shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra tickets were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning medals and other rewards.

In addition, players could earn a medal for completing the first five-story areas in the event.

Earning 2,000 of one type of ticket would unlock the story areas Tastier Together and From a Huge Fan. Playing through each of these areas allowed the player to view a special piece of artwork featuring Mallow and Elesa, respectively.

First run

The event first ran from January 31 to February 21, 2023. The "Mallow Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun for the duration of the event, and the "Elesa Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Elesa (Palentine's 2023) and Togetic starting on February 2, 2023, and lasting until the end of the event.

In this run, the two types of tickets that players could earn were Sweet Tickets A and Sweet Tickets A+. The player could battle using Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun or Elesa (Palentine's 2023) & Togetic to obtain +0.6× bonus tickets; Serena (Palentine's 2021) & Whimsicott, Dawn (Palentine's 2021) & Alcremie, Marnie (Palentine's 2022) & Mawile, Bea (Palentine's 2022) & Vanilluxe, or Victor & Rillaboom to obtain +0.4× bonus tickets; and Skyla & Swanna or any unlisted Alola sync pairs to earn +0.2× bonus tickets.

Event mission rewards included medals, Gems, Battle Points, a Tech Move Candy Coin, and a Support Move Candy Coin. Sweet Tickets A were required to unlock Tastier Together and From a Huge Fan.

Second run

The event reran from February 13 to 29, 2024. The "Super Spotlight Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun, Elesa (Palentine's 2023) & Togetic, Marnie (Palentine's 2022) & Mawile, Bea (Palentine's 2022) & Vanilluxe, Serena (Palentine's 2021) & Whimsicott, and Dawn (Palentine's 2021) & Alcremie for the duration of the event.
