-
- Jubilife Village (General store)
- Receiving the request
- "You there, valued customer. Wouldn't you rather I had more wares for you to choose from?"
- It'd be nice: "That it would! Unfortunately, Tao Hua refuses to provide me with any new goods to offer."
- Not necessarily: "Well, listen to what I have to say, would you? Tao Hua refuses to provide me with new goods to offer. It's put me in a tight spot."
- "He won't listen to a word I say, so would you try to persuade him for me? I'm sure you'll get somewhere if you bring him some Hearty Grains as a token of goodwill! Two or three stalks ought to do it... But I'd make it three to play it safe!"
- If talked to again before completing the request
- "Please bring Tao Hua three stalks of Hearty Grains and try to talk some sense into him."
- "But for now, perhaps you'd like to buy something?"
- Completing the request
- "We've got new goods in stock, thanks to you! I'm sorry you had to deal with all this. Tao Hua and I have had some...complications before."
- "But thanks to you, we've got excellent new items to offer. Do buy some!"
- Request 43 - "More New Wares"
-

- "Hello again, valued customer! You've arrived in the nick of time. I'm afraid Tao Hua is refusing to do business with me again..."
- "He won't listen to a word I say, so would you try to persuade him for me...again? I'm sure you'll get somewhere if you bring three Pop Pods as a token of goodwill! Perhaps after this, he'll actually accept me..."
- If talked to again before completing the request
- "Please bring Tao Hua three Pop Pods and try to talk some sense into him."
- Completing the request
- "We've got new goods in stock, thanks to you!"
- "I know all this has caused you some bother. I do hope he and I can thaw things out at last..."
- "But thanks to you, we've got excellent new items on our shelves. Do buy some!"
- Request 61 - "Even More New Wares"
-
- Jubilife Village (General store)
- Receiving the request
- "Oh, it's my most valued customer. I was just hoping you'd come by!"
- Need new goods again?: "Yes, it's the same business all over again. Tao Hua just refuses to supply any new goods to me."
- Something the matter?: "Oh, come on—you know how this goes by now. I need help getting new goods. Tao Hua is once more refusing to supply anything to me."
- "I suppose you must be wondering why he refuses anytime I try to deal with him directly. Well, let's just say he has his reasons..."
- "Please speak to Tao Hua for me, would you? I imagine you'll have better luck if you bring him some Crunchy Salt as a gesture of goodwill. Perhaps three hunks, to be safe..."
- Completing the request
- "We've got new goods in stock, thanks to you! But you seem troubled. Is something the matter?"
- Regardless of choice: "Ah, he said I took his "treasure," did he? That's... one way to put it, but the story's not so simple. Please believe me for now that it's nothing you ought to worry about. Given what a fine customer you are, I imagine I'll end up giving you the full story at some point."
- "In any case, we've got excellent new items on our shelves. Do buy some!"
- Request 71 - "New Wares Yet Again"
-
- Jubilife Village (General store)

- "I truly hate to keep imposing like this, but would you please try to make him see reason? You'd do well to bring him a token of goodwill... perhaps some Sand Radishes? Three ought to do."
- If talked to again before completing the request
- "Please take Tao Hua three Sand Radishes and try to talk some sense into him."
- After completing the request
- "But Tao Hua, sir—"
- "Well...in any case, we've got excellent new items on our shelves. Do buy some!"
