You cast a magic spell on my sputtering feelings, let's open that heavy door
Let's go right now! The beginning of a new adventure!!
Come on, let's jump out there! To the other side of the sky
The map of the future I imagine, if I'm always with you, that would be the situation we hoped for
Facing hardships, let's carry this ball of unrelenting strength and keep walking
That's right! From here on, everything begins!
Our belief is strong enough to make this land shake!
No matter how small, we won't lose any dreams!
Out there in this world, there are friends waiting for us!
Sometimes a few tears drop out on nights like that
I don't just sit still and worry, I just run!

That's right! From here on, everything begins!
Our belief is strong enough to make this land shake!
Really, everybody is lonely when they're by themselves
I've made it this far thanks to my friends!

Song of Origin (Japanese: はじまりのうた Hajimari no Uta) is the ending theme for Mew and the Wave-Guiding Hero: Lucario. It was paired with Nice Buddy on its single. The song is performed by Japanese pop duo PUFFY AMI YUMI and is available as Beginnings on their Splurge album, making it one of the few Japanese Pokémon songs readily accessible in the US market.
