Ominous Wind (Japanese: あやしいかぜ Eerie Wind) is a damage-dealing Ghost-type move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Generations IV to VII
Ominous Wind inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
Generation VIII
Ominous Wind cannot be selected in a battle.

The user attacks all enemies in the room, possibly raising Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Movement Speed by one level for each enemy hit; each boost will be applied immediately after it's triggered. In hallways, this move targets Pokémon up two tiles away (or one in one-tile darkness).
