Water Pulse (Japanese: みずのはどう Water Wave) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TM03 in Generation III and IV.
Effect
Generations III and IV
Water Pulse inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of confusing the target.
Generation V
Water Pulse can hit non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles.
Generation VI
Water Pulse's power is increased by 50% when used by Pokémon with the Ability Mega Launcher.
